At Rbeauty, we are committed to delivering quality beauty products across India. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

🛍️ Return Policy

  • All sales are final. Products once sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Exception: Returns are only accepted if a product is received in a damaged condition, and must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • Any such return request will be accepted only after proper verification. If the claim is found to be invalid, the return will be denied.

  • Requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be entertained.

  • If the product is defective or damage please return the product within 3 days of delivery.
  • We will deliver replacement / exchanged product within 5 to 7 days.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return (in case of damage):

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • A parcel opening video is mandatory for any return request.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


📦 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and take corrective action.


🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right product is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

  • If we are unable to deliver replacement or exchange product we will provide you refund.
  • Once we verify the return product we will credit the refund to original payment method within 6 to 7 days.
